We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join our team for a contract position until mid-May.The deal candidate will have at least 5 years of inspection experience and be willing and able to travel across the 5 boroughs.This role involves significant walking during field days, so comfort with physical activity is essential.Job Title: Electrical Inspector (Contract)Location: New York City (Travel across the 5 boroughs required)Contract Duration: Until mid-May (with potential to resume in August)Must Haves:

• BCAS, PCA, or FCA experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of inspection experience.
• Electrical engineering or inspection experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical inspections across various locations in the 5 boroughs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Document findings and report any issues.
• Utilize computer software for data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across the 5 boroughs.
• Comfortable with extensive walking during field days.
• Computer-literate and comfortable using/learning new software programs.
• Availability to start immediately is ideal, but flexible start dates will be considered.
• No license required.

Work Schedule:

• Start time as early as 8 AM, usually done by 3 PM latest.
• 12-40 hours a week based on preference/availability (1 to 4 field days).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $65.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
