Hiring for Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative/Front Desk/Front OfficeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. This role involves handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, accurately capturing information, and providing tracking and shipping details for medications.
