You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership and project management expertise will directly contribute to organizational growth and societal impact.Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and strategy sessions to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Guide and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Evaluate completed projects for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies to optimize outcomes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant standards, regulations, and methodologies.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in IT Project Management (7+ years)
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in the payer domain (healthcare industry)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Required
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent Preferred
- Results-driven and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
