IPS Group are partnered with a well-established Insurance business operating in the London and Regional markets and the Finance Team Leader is seeking to hire an IBA Technician on an initial six-month FTC which has the ability to be recruited as a fully-remote position with ad-hoc visits to one of the Group’s national offices which are scattered across the UK. The successful individual will be joining the organisation to cover a maternity leaver.Main Responsibilities:
– BACS receipt posting and allocation to specific accounts.
– Bank Reconciliation.
– Monthly Bordereaux and Insurer Account reconciliations.
– Monitoring and actioning client refunds.
– Raise premium and commission queries and ensure prompt resolution with Account Handlers/Execs/Insurers.
– Monitor Insurer/Introducer/Agent account records to investigate and resolve allocation anomolies.Candidate Profile:
– Minimum four years’ of experience in IBA/Credit Control in an Insurance environment.
– Acturis system experience is required.
– Proficiency in MS Excel.
Expected salary
£30000 – 40000 per year
