Your work will focus on integrating Workday for seamless digital identity management, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations, and collaborating with IT, security, and HR teams to implement IAM solutions that meet business needs.Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM.
• Strong understanding of IAM processes (RBAC, ABAC) and compliance regulations.
• Experience integrating HR tools like Workday with IAM systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Deliverables:

• Current IAM process analysis and optimisation recommendations.
• Role and access management dashboards and KPIs.
