The Information Advice & Guidance Advisor (IAG) position at The Growth Company’s Employment team focuses on providing career support to individuals in prison and helping them transition back into the community. This involves offering tailored advice and guidance based on the current job market to help them find suitable employment opportunities.We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment. Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.Key Responsibilities:
