We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results!As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions.What You’ll Do:Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue paymentsNegotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debtsDocument all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the systemFollow up with customers to ensure payment agreements are upheldCollaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving collection effortsProvide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulationsWhat We’re Looking For:Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year roundFlexible availability – shifts will be a mixture of morning, afternoon and weekendsExperience in a customer service is requiredPrevious experience in finance or call center environment is an asset.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Why Join Us?Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for career advancement.Comprehensive Training: We offer extensive paid training to ensure you’re equipped for success.Team-Oriented Culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with peers who are passionate about what they do.
