Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. Rotating weekends. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
  • Two (2) year technical diploma. Preferred
  • Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training.
  • Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training in a healthcare setting.
Licenses & Certifications
  • NFPA 99 6040 Certification (within 6 months of hire). Required
  • Building Operators Certification (BOMA / ASHRAE / ASHE / OTHER). Preferred
  • EPA Refrigerant Certification. Preferred
  • If position requires driving a company vehicle, the following requirements apply:
    * Must be 21 years of age to drive a UW Health Fleet vehicle and must be 25 years of age to drive a UW Health vehicle rated for 15 or more passengers.
    * Ability to be insured by Hospital’s risk management insurer which requires (1) a valid Driver’s License and (2) successfully passing a driving background check.
