DescriptionAppleOne is hiring an HR Manager- Thorold, ON
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 per year, based on experience (non-negotiable)
Location: 100% On-site; Thorold
Compensation: Company-paid benefits + Profit Sharing Bonus (up to 15%)
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategy at our high-volume distribution and logistics site (400-500 employees). You’ll manage a team of 5 HR professionals and be instrumental in shaping culture, driving engagement, and supporting leadership across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment and retention for logistics and clerical roles
• Lead employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Drive succession planning and organizational development
• Champion change management practices
• Monitor and report on HR KPIs and key metrics
• Support leadership development and provide coaching

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience as an HR Manager in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing
• Relevant education (degree or diploma required)
• CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
