Robert Half is excited to announce a full-time, remote-based opportunity for a seasoned HR Head of People to contribute their expertise to our highly-acclaimed client. As a keystone of our organization, the HR Head of People is tasked with driving and innovating all aspects of our Human Resources agenda, from recruitment to benefits, employee relations and the enforcement of local and global labor laws. This role is designed for a forward-thinking leader who thrives on being embedded in every facet of human capital strategy to not just grow but elevate our organization through the power of its people.Responsibilities:
-Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to recruit exceptional talent across various locations.
-Conceptualize and build out an effective employee benefits program to attract and retain quality staff.
-Develop and oversee an employee benefits program to attract and retain high-caliber staff.
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
-Develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support our company’s operational and strategic objectives.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, managing and resolving any issues that arise.
-Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations, and oversee the creation and implementation of HR policies across the company.
-Oversee employee relations and engage in conflict resolution procedures as necessary.
-Spearhead initiatives that drive employee engagement, professional development and foster a positive company culture.
-Collaborate with the leadership team to anticipate and strategize for future hiring needs.-3-5 years of experience in an Senior HR leadership role.
-Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
-Exceptional people skills with a proven ability to foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
-Proficiency in managing the full recruitment cycle.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills.
-Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
