Job Overview

We’re seeking a Remote HR Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting and onboarding. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sourcing and communication skills who wants to make an impact in a growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applicants, and conduct interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles
• Send assessments and manage candidate communications
• Handle onboarding, I-9s, and E-Verify
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records
• Support employer branding through outreach and job fairs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR recruiting or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Familiar with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
• Must reside in Indiana
• Bachelor’s degree and HR certifications (SHRM-CP/PHR) preferred

This is a remote, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement based on performance.
