Georgia St., Vancouver, BCThis is a fully on-site role.The Vancouver Public Library is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the HR department by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including recruitment and selection support, coordinating induction training, minute-taking, drafting and editing documents and spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, maintaining HRIS, providing reception services, answering general HR-related queries, and performing other related duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. It is also essential for the candidate to have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer programs.Job Requirements:Education:

Salary: $56,567 to $70,714 per year
