FINTEC recruit is supporting Hiring for an HSE Manager. This is a permanent role based in Dubai with tax free earnings. This is working for a large engineering/manufacturing consulancy business who assist with sponsorship, travel and flights etc. Salary negotiable by experience.Responsibilties:

• Shaping the health, safety and environmental policies of a major organisation and providing timely advice across the business
• Manage and develop HSE Policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication across whe whole company.
• Communicate, assess, and action all work-related injuries and accidents.
• Perform internal Health & Safety Inspections and conduct HS&E training as required.
• Maintain HSE certifications as mandated by the municipality and prepare the business for inspections.
• Report key HSE issues and metrics in support of the KPI process.
• Identify and implement root cause corrective actions for key HSE violations and workplace incidents.

Skills and Experience required for the HSE Manager role:

• A degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, coupled with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HSE management role within a manufacturing, production, or construction environment.
• Proven ability to manage and develop comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively disseminate HSE information throughout the organisation
