About the roleFinding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.We are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to enhance the HSE standards at our aluminum smelter site, focusing on contractors. You’ll play a pivotal role in the Contractor Management Excellence (CMX) team, coordinating HSE activities and providing guidance to both internal and external stakeholders on Rio Tinto’s HSE processes, systems, and framework.This role is a great opportunity for a dedicated and passionate HSE professional to join our team to make impactful change for our contractors on site.We are an open, connected global team that includes some of the industry’s best and brightest minds. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
