This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our HR operations by enhancing system performance, streamlining processes, and supporting key system integrations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and contribute to the success of the organization.As the HRIS Analyst, you will:

  • Maintain and update the HRIS (Workday), ensuring its alignment with organizational needs.
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to develop and implement technology solutions that improve and automate HR processes.
  • Manage backlog and support the implementation of the second phase of Workday, ensuring efficient data integration and system use.
  • Administer the ticketing system and manage enterprise data loading processes, including the Enterprise Integration Builder.
  • Support IT project management for the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and end-user access across all HR platforms.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and resolving user issues.
  • Conduct continuous system audits and identify areas for improvement in system performance and user experience.
  • Provide support for critical system maintenance and day-to-day operational tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you​The ideal HRIS Analyst has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Workday.
  • Strong experience in managing HR systems and IT project management, especially system implementation.
  • Expertise in handling backlog, ticketing systems, and data management (including Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, system security, and system efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders from HR, IT, and Finance.
  • Workday experience is a significant plus.
