The successful candidate will facilitate, coordinate, and administer change management initiatives for identified training and development needs within the Human Resources Division and ensures outcomes align with the Agency’s mission and goals; create, evaluate, and develop training and educational materials to ensure best practices and compliance with policies and regulations; determine the most effective instructional methods for delivery including individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, meetings and workshops; collect and analyze data pertaining to programmatic development and evaluation, formulate measures to gauge success of training programs, leadership development, team development, and Agency communication practices; and coordinate a wide range of projects supporting the development of division protocols and policies associated with the compliance of applicable human resources state and federal employment laws, policies, and practice, human resources information systems and audit practices.About the Agency:We are seeking to expand our diverse team of change makers and innovators.
