In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our HR processes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and quality.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meticulous data integrity and quality in all HR records, reporting, and documentation.
• Take ownership of HR administration, including processing new joiners and leavers, maintaining employee records, and generating reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and effective responses in-person, via telephone and via email.
• Support absence and performance management processes with accuracy and discretion.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment processes, contributing to a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the planning and execution of company and team events.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Resilient, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• HR administration experience preferred; CIPD or HR degree desirable.
• Proficient in HRIS – ideally knowledge of IFS HCM but not essential, Microsoft Office, and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practice.
