As part of the Group HR team you will be responsible for HR for the UK & Ireland entities. As their Business Partner you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing first class HR services that contribute to the successful realization of the company strategy.Your responsibilities include:Strategic HR PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectivesProvide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change managementEmployee RelationsAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issuesHandle complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal and company standardsPerformance ManagementDrive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and evaluationsCoach managers on performance issues and development planningTalent Management & DevelopmentSupport talent reviews and succession planning initiativesPartner with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and recommend development programsData-Driven Decision MakingAnalyse HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to influence business decisionsPresent insights and recommend actions based on workforce dataOrganisational DevelopmentSupport cultural initiatives and foster employee engagementPartner with leadership on change management and team effectiveness effortsCompensation & Benefits SupportAdvise on compensation decisions, including salary reviews, internal moves and promotions, incentives and benefit schemesCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure HR policies and procedures comply with local employment laws and regulationsGuide the business on legal and regulatory HR mattersWorkforce Planning and Recruitment SupportPartner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate and address hiring needsSupport onboarding and integration of new hires in the business entitiesHR Program ImplementationLead or support Group and local HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, DEI programs, and wellness campaignsAct as the local champion for enterprise-wide HR initiativesWhat do we expect from you?You feel comfortable in a high demanding, fast changing environment and thrive whilst building a new and successful organization. You are a real team player with a positive attitude and the ability to navigate an international matrix environment.Key competencies and experience for success include:Experience of working within a matrix organisationDemonstratable influencing skills at a senior levelStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships within an organizationPragmatic, commercial and hands-on approach, with previous involvement within HR strategy design and implementation.Sound knowledge of employment legislation (UK – essential; Ireland – desirable)A successfully completed degree in human resources or business administration; or CIPD accredited; and / or 8 years of relevant professional experience in an operational and generalist HR function
