Your work as a Human Resources Manager will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results. Your role will involve but won’t be limited to the below:
- Support Head of HR to develop and implement an effective HR strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the Firm’s business goals.
- You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on people related matters to enhance Firm performance.
- You will drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- You will manage a team of HR Advisors, supporting and cultivating their ongoing learning and development.
- Develop firm-wide understanding of and ensure consistent implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Deliver client work as required.
- Assist with the training of staff – from design to delivery where necessary.
