Level 3 HR (Human Resources) Apprentice£16,000 – £18,000 Per AnnumLondon, HoxtonSwarm Training is working with School Space to help find an HR Support Apprentice. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual seeking to kick-start their career in human resources. As an HR apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working within an experienced team.About School SpaceSchool Space aims to create thriving schools at the centre of thriving communities. They do this by partnering with schools across the UK to hire out their spaces in the evenings and weekends to a range of community groups. The income generated is used by their partner schools to improve educational outcomes and facilities for their students, in addition to building a stronger connection with the surrounding community.School Space’s operation covers 60+ schools (and growing), 200+ incredible part-time Community Connectors (the amazing people who open and close their schools) and thousands of events annually.The HR apprentice will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that they have the right team on the ground, across all business functions.Responsibilities

• Working with the HR Manager to ensure that all team requests are dealt with in a timely matter
• Being a point of contact for all HR enquiries for team members and for maintaining HR files
• Offer guidance and advice to managers seeking advice on employee-related matters
• Assisting with day-to-day administration duties and ad hoc HR projects
• Posting job adverts for new opportunities which arise within School Space
• Assessing and responding to job applications
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates
• Ensure all data records are accurate, dated correctly and legally compliant
• Processing new hire documents such as offer letters and contracts

Working WeekWorking hours will be 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to go into the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, the rest of the week you have the opportunity to work from home. During your working hours, you must complete a minimum of 6 hours per week of study time with tutor support working towards the qualification.

Training InformationTraining will be with us – Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 HR Support qualification, this apprenticeship will take 12-18 months to complete with assessments.The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification.
