DescriptionAppleOne is hiring for an HR Generalist position located in Mississauga, ON. Must have previous experience recruiting for blue collar roles – majority of this position focuses on recruitment.
Salary: $65-70K + 3 weeks’ vacation
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5PM
Hybrid – 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (either Wednesday or Thursday)Benefits: after 3 months

– Lead the recruitment process – meeting recruitment needs timely
– Pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews, as well as following up on offers or non-selected candidates
– Assist with creating offer letters for successful candidates
– Coordinate performance plans to ensure productivity and engagement
– Main point of contact for employee questions/concernsRequirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience within HR
– Must have experience with recruitment for blue collar roles
– Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
– Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Expected salary

$65000 – 70000 per year
