This role offers a unique opportunity for international exposure and active involvement in a wide range of regional HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will contribute to key HR processes including recruitment, the development and implementation of training plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.🎯 What you’ll do:Recruitment: Coordinate regional hiring processes, publish ads, screen candidates, interview and manage our LinkedIn recruiter account.Learning & Development: Support training plans coordination and promote learning tools to local teams.
HRIS & Data: Provide HRIS guidance, ensure data accuracy, and support performance & compensation campaigns.
Employer Branding & Communication: Create engaging HR content (slides, visuals, short videos) to strengthen internal communication and external visibility.
HR Operations: Draft contracts, prepare HR documents, and ensure compliance across countries.
Projects: Take part in cross-border projects to improve employee experience and engagement.YOUR PROFILE💤 What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years’ HR experience, ideally in a regional or international context
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with HRIS and tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Express
