HR Generalist Associate

This position is in Bothell for a leading manufacturer of laser surgical solutions. This company is known to value its employees and focus on growing their employees.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting employee relations with employee onboarding, recruitment, and processing payroll.

HR Generalist Associate Job Duties:

• Processing payroll
• Assist with the recruitment process
• Keep track of employee records
• Assist with new employee onboarding
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

HR Generalist Associate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of human resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with processing ADP
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Great communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
$28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
