I am currently assisting a well known Financial Services brand recruit an experienced HR Data Analyst for their wider HR team. Reporting into a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to build you career in Data Analytics for a people centric business. This is a newly created role to support the growth and change of the business. You would be joining at a really exciting time!
The company in question has a policy of four days a week in the office.Key Responsibilities:As the HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function through the accurate management and analysis of employee data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data interrogation and Reporting
- Improving data efficiency
- Assisting with exciting projects, such as HRIS Transformation
- Process Improvement
- Ad-Hoc Reporting
- Administrative Support
