We do not settle for “Best” because our quest to improve and grow doesn’t have a finish line.We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dealer support team.Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Employee Experience, the HR Coordinator will champion all administrative functions related to full-cycle HR. The HR Generalist plays an important role supporting our people, our business and our and workplace culture through ongoing collaboration with our Managers and our HR Director to support the flawless execution of our established HR policies and practices. As a member of AutoIQ’s shared services team, this role acts as an internal consultant and HR resource for our leaders and ensures that their services provided are responsive to the needs of both the organization and its employees.Key Accountabilities & Objectives:
- Maintain employee files and records electronically using the company’s Human Resources Information System (HR4)
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process facilitated by our HR Partner, HR4 Recruitment Services; Continually champion the development and implementation of creative ways to attract top talent; Build and sustain relationships with employment agencies and educational institutions; attend job fairs.
- Utilize the HR4 applicant tracking system to efficiently expedite the hiring process from job posting through to offer letter
- Send offer letters and assign onboarding plans; Monitor HRIS to ensure timely completion of all onboarding plans
- Closely monitor metrics that influence employee engagement; produce reports and data analysis
- Ensure compliance with established HR processes and procedures
- Inform HR Director of escalated concerns, delays, in a timely manner; assist with investigations as needed
- Assist HR & Managers with absence management including EI, LTD, WSIB and RTW plans
- Oversees exit processes, assigns plans, conducts exit interviews and reports on HR Analytics
- Prepare standardized documents, letters, forms, job descriptions
- Assist with benefits/payroll reviews and other HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Skills Profile:
- Process driven with impeccable organization and prioritization abilities
- Thorough understanding of relevant employment/labour laws (ESA; OHSA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude (MS Office and HRIS)
- Proven understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Responsive, efficient and detail oriented with a desire for accountability
- Operates with the highest level of integrity
- Exceptional initiative, high energy, proven resiliency and positive attitude
- Impeccable follow-through and commitment to building and cultivating relationships

Requirements:
- CHRP designation or working toward
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources Administrator/Coordinator experience
- Experience working in the automotive industry in a dealership setting is an asset
- Willingness to travel to dealership locations as needed for this hybrid role
