You will gain exposure to data reporting, and several HR Systems including Absence Manager, SAP and Workday. You will be playing a key role in supporting the management of absence across our UK business.What will be your key deliverables?
- Be involved in assessing and maintaining various HR Systems that covers absence management
- Produce daily reports regarding compliance with the Absence Policy, liaise closely with management teams across the Supply Chain and corporate to ensure actions are being completed
- Provide administrative support to the business through the running of daily audits, compiling data for further analysis
- Make necessary changes to systems as required to ensure correct levels of pay are processed
- Produce various letters for sending to colleague

- Proficient PC skills, especially in relation to the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Ability to analyse data
- Attention to detail is a critical skill for this role
- Communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work under own direction as well as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience of testing systems
- Experience using SAP
