About the roleThe GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a HR Administrator to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you’re passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!Reporting directly to the People & Talent Director and supporting the rest of the team, this role will be the first point of contact for all HR administrative enquiries. This is a great chance for someone looking to enhance their experience in a scaling organisation that’ll offer exposure across the full employee timeline from pre-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.You will be responsible for the accuracy of all data and driving the efficiency of all HR administrative processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to off-boarding. As the HR Administrator, you will also support on key people initiatives and projects to continuously improve our ways of working, such as enhancing our Payroll processes, and you could also expect to:
This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office.
About you:For this role, you’ll need a keen interest in HR, with some previous exposure to at least one people related function (e.g. Recruitment, L&D or Reward) and proven experience working at pace and juggling multiple competing priorities.
