Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring an organized and professional HR Administrative Assistant for a 4-month contract. This position supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative duties and helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations tasks.Contract Length: 4 Months
Location: Toronto, ONKey Responsibilities:· Support HR with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes· Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientations· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases· Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews· Help with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries· File documents, track leave balances, and generate HR reports· Provide administrative support for special projects and policy updatesRequirements:· 1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role

· Strong knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, and data handling· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems· Strong organizational skills and attention to detailThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR experience in a supportive environment.
