TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATORA global technology organisation is looking for a developing Technical Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a 3 month contract.TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:

• Acting as a brand ambassador for the firm and being the first point of contact for candidates
• Screening resumes, application materials, and conducting interviews
• Scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and sending offer letters
• Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Engaging and sourcing technical candidates for hiring

TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

• Minimum 6 months proven experience in a recruitment role, in house or agency
• Experience in sourcing candidates and screening CVs
• Skilled in providing administrative support
• Strong communication experience
• Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (preferred)
