Brook Street Social Care will, at all times during your employment, use reasonable endeavours to allocate you to suitable assignments. Your hours of work may vary from one assignment to another, and you will be advised of the expected hours for each assignment. I am looking for a full-time Housing Support Worker. You will be supporting those who are at risk of homelessness, they may have been out on the street and sleeping rough, or those who are subject to drug and alcohol abuse. You will support individuals, delivering person centred support to service users, enabling them to secure suitable accommodation and to meet their immediate needs, enabling them to live a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
£12.28 – 12.8 per hour
