Join us as a Housing Services Support at Thirteen Group!Role Overview:Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Housing Services Support to join us on a permanent basisYou’ll be dealing with a range of customer enquiries, ensuring that rent is paid, and homes are let quickly to maximise income, resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues, all in a way that’s of the highest quality, at the convenience of the customer.Thirteen Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delight our customers and turn them into advocates of Thirteen as the landlord of choice
  • Work with our customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly. You’ll think differently, making business decisions that have a lasting positive impact on our neighbourhoods.
  • Work closely with our Housing Services Co-ordinators to provide excellent customer experience as part of a ‘first response team’
  • You’ll be the administration contact within the team, assisting with answering calls and queries, as well as raising purchase orders

About You:

  • You’ll be part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance are constantly on hand. Training is provided so no specific housing-related experience is necessary – but as the front face of Thirteen, strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key
  • You’ll be confident negotiating and handling challenging conversations, whilst being respectful and considerate to our customers and stakeholders
  • Someone who consistently exceeds performance targets and always thinks of new ways to improve the service
  • Confident in your use of IT and systems as you’ll use a range of technology in this role
