This lovely family in Mayfair, London is looking for a Live-in Houseman to help them in maintaining the cleanliness of their property. They seek someone who demonstrates trustworthiness, reliability and responsibility. Someone who can preserve art work, ornaments, and flower lovers is advantageous for this role. They seek a team player who can work alongside other housekeepers in doing housework and running errands. The family usually travels for 4 weeks per year so the houseman must be comfortable joining them when they travel. A driver who holds a full driving license is required for this role. They are also open to hiring Domestic Couple candidates.Someone who could speak Portuguese or Tagalog languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates would also be considered.Working hours: 6 days a week for 48 hours per week on a flexible scheduleAccommodation Separate bedroom en suiteDuties include:

• handling household expenses, bills, and maintenance records
• ensuring all household systems are in working order and under control
• maintaining the house in a ready and organised state for the arrival of the family members
• managing food shopping
• handling very high end items such as artwork
• keeping inventory up to date
• assisting with deliveries and arranging fresh flowers in the home
• hands on with helping set up for dinners and parties when the family entertains
• assisting the housekeeping team as and when required
