We’re adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need a Guest Service Assistants on a casual, zero-hours basis, in return for a competitive salary of up to £12.21 per hour.Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list, but experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would be a big benefit. We need people who are open, welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like – the kind of person you’d like to meet after a long day of travelling!

You’ll be working across the front-of-house operations of the hotel. This will include checking guests in and out, running the breakfast service, helping set up meeting rooms, and work the bar and restaurant. A great telephone manner is essential and you’ll need to be confident using a computer. As we’re one big team, you can expect to turn your hand to whatever’s needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You could be working a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage.
