- Homecare Rates: £12.62/hour (weekdays), £12.82/hour (weekends)
- Support Work Rates: £12.24/hour (weekdays), £12.44/hour (weekends)

What You’ll Do:Every day is different, but your expertise and kindness will make all the difference. As a Care Expert and Support Worker/Homecare Assistant, you’ll help people stay independent in their own homes by:
- Helping with personal care (washing, dressing, medication reminders)
- Providing companionship – a chat over a cup of tea can mean the world
- Helping with household tasks like shopping & tidying up
- Supporting with outings & activities – helping people enjoy life

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time, Permanent
Shifts: Flexible options – mornings, evenings, alternate weekends & longer shifts availableWhat We Need from You:
- A UK Full Driving Licence & a reliable vehicle (essential)
- A big heart & a positive attitude
- Ability to commute to the Redruth – Camborne and surrounding area
- Do you require SPONSORSHIP? – You must live in the area currently, have a a UK driving licence & access to your own car to be considered for the role
