If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role:One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, working autonomously with a focus on patient education, treatment plans, and overall well-being.Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Qualifications:

• Need candidate that is ready to start working by June 27, 2024! Quick interview process and orientation.
• Active RN license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, long-term care, or home health setting (preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in documentation and medical record keeping
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: * M-Thursday nights (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am) – Flexible scheduling available!Benefits: * Competitive salary and benefits package (dependent on experience)
