University Home Care is looking for a Home Care Hiring Department to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role offers a compensation of $17 – $18 per hour.Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers for home care services
• Coordinate schedules and assignments for caregivers
• Put out new ads as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home care hiring or similar role at least 2 years experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
