University Home Care is looking for a Home Care Hiring Department to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role offers a compensation of $17 – $18 per hour.Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers for home care services
- Coordinate schedules and assignments for caregivers
- Put out new ads as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care hiring or similar role at least 2 years experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
