Friday: 06:15 – 11:15Immediate start – Ongoing WorkRapier Employment Ltd is hiring experienced HLOP (High level order pickers) drivers to join our client in Wellesbourne. You’ll be responsible for safely operating HLOP forklifts to load, unload, and move goods.Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load/unload lorries and move materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Conduct forklift safety inspections and basic maintenance
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and heavy lifting
- Work with the team to improve efficiency
- Manual lifting may be required (handling equipment will be provided if needed)
Requirements
- Valid and in-date HLOP certificate (Essential)
- Knowledge of material handling and safety rules
- Familiarity with WMS is a plus
- Basic maths skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and handle goods safely
