Actalent is Urgently Hiring a Medical Technologist SupervisorAPPLY NOW for immediate consideration!Job Description:Under the direction of the Operations Manager, oversee testing and quality assurance activities of the point of care testing program. This leadership position requires technical skill in point of care testing and clinical laboratory operations. Perform day-to-day supervision of the point of care testing and monitor processes to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained. This includes reviewing quality assurance practices, environmental monitors, instrument and equipment maintenance/function checks, quality control, calibration, and amended reports.Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm NO WEEKENDS!!Department: Chemistry and HematologyQualifications:

• NYS Clinical Technologist license
• Bachelor degree with 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or Masters degree with 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Chemistry/hematology experience
• Leadership/supervisory experience (1 or more years)
