Join our dynamic team as a Server at First Class Workforce Solutions. As a Server, you will provide attentive and friendly service to residents during mealtimes with a focus on exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Serve meals promptly and ensure residents’ satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Clear tables, reset them efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Take resident orders accurately, catering to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of dining supplies and report shortages as needed.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Uphold a positive and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of community for residents.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Lift, carry and balance trays with meals and dining supplies.
• Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Hiring Essentials:

• Proven experience as a Retirement Facility Server or in a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing client needs.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
