• 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Strong skills in team management, motivation, and guidance
• Proven knowledge of restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenges professionally
• Familiarity with implementing company policies and procedures to ensure success
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in both front-of-house and kitchen settings
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Manage inventory, monitor and control food and labor costs, and optimize restaurant performance
• Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with the General Manager to plan strategies for restaurant success and profitability
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling to support a high-performing team
