Job Overview
We are seeking a Residential Punch List Carpenter to ensure homes are rental-ready between resident occupancy. This role requires strong attention to detail, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage inspections and vendor work.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-move-out inspections to assess property condition
• Review and manage a checklist of required tasks before homes are rental-ready
• Inspect contractor work and ensure quality standards are met
• Document inspections using an iPad, including notes and photos
• Collaborate with the construction team to keep projects on track
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams

Qualifications

• General understanding of construction and property management
• Experience in construction or maintenance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and mobile apps
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test and have a perfectly clean background
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
