Essential Function 2Organizes and conducts structured interviews with a panel often consisting of a combination of employing entity managers and/or technical experts.
Essential Function 3Serves as liaison and provides guidance to agency management/supervisors, CMS, HR staff, and others regarding hiring related inquiries.
Essential Function 4Assists classifications and transactions with the process of filling vacancies by reviewing and interpreting position descriptions of positions ready to fill as well as generating the necessary paperwork to fill those vacancies.
Essential Function 5Prepares reports, correspondence, memorandums, charts, graphs, etc. for management approval to address management and/or other requests.Essential Function 6Prepares, maintains, and stores a variety of HR records and files.Makes necessary or mandated adjustments to HR records and files.
Essential Function 7Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.Minimum Qualifications 1Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college and one year of professional experience, preferably in human resources, or satisfactory completion of an approved training program.Preferred Qualifications 1Prefers (1) or more years’ experience reviewing and interpreting personnel rules, regulations, collective bargaining agreements and other personnel policies and procedures.Preferred Qualifications 2One (1) or more years professional experience in hiring and selection.Preferred Qualifications 3One (1) or more years professional experience utilizing personnel-related computer systems and software.Employment Condition 1This position requires the applicant to pass a background check.Employment Condition 2Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.Employment Condition 3The conditions of employment listed here are incorporated and related to any of the job duties as listed in the job description.Work Hours: [[8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday]]Work Location: [[527 E.
