Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Maintenance Helper for a Temp position with our client, a reputable manufacturing facility located in Corvallis. The Maintenance Helper will play an essential role in maintaining equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.As a Maintenance Helper, you will be responsible for:Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting of production equipmentSupporting maintenance technicians and performing routine inspectionsManaging inventory and maintaining a safe work areaProviding help with lifting heavy materials and machinery setupAdhering to safety protocols, including proper use of PPEThe ideal candidate for this role will have:High school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship preferred

Minimum 1 year of maintenance experienceBasic mechanical skills, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding is a plusAbility to work in high-temperature environments and perform physical tasksAvailability for overtime and flexible hoursBenefits:
