  • Sales Support: Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
  • Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, share feedback, and continuously improve customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
