Hiring ManagerLocation: Richardson, TX (100% Onsite)Department: Human ResourcesPosition Summary:We are seeking a skilled and people-oriented Hiring Manager to lead the candidate selection process across various departments. This role is responsible for making informed hiring decisions, aligning talent with company culture, and enhancing hiring consistency. The Hiring Manager will also play a key role in leadership development through regular training sessions and coaching initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Interview and select candidates vetted by the recruiting team
• Ensure alignment between candidate strengths and role requirements
• Standardize hiring practices across departments
• Deliver bi-weekly leadership development training
• Coach managers on interviewing, onboarding, and team-building best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hiring experience, with a focus on sales or high-performance roles
• Strong communication, evaluation, and coaching skills
• Proven track record of building high-performing, values-aligned teams
• Proficiency in presentation tools (e.G., PowerPoint)

Work Environment:

• 100% onsite role in Richardson, TX
