We are seeking a strategic and driven Hiring Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts and help us find the best talent in the industry.As a Hiring Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. Your expertise in talent acquisition and management will ensure that we attract, select, and retain top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience.   • Collaborate with department heads to assess hiring needs and define job descriptions that align with company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the full hiring process, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating assessments.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and lead onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or hiring management, preferably.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for finding and developing talent.

Expected salary

£40000 – 43000 per year
