Actalent is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join the team at a reputable rehabilitation center in Northern Manhattan!APPLY NOW for immediate considerationResponsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical staff

• Help coordinate rehabilitation programs for patients to aid in their recovery

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress

• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Shift:Monday-Friday with rotating weekend and holiday!730am-330pm OR 330pm-1130pm OR 1130pm-730amRequirements:

• Valid NYS LPN License

• Prior experience (6 months) in nursing home or rehabilitation setting

• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
