We are urgently seeking a qualified candidate with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital setting. A background as a Charge Nurse is also considered relevant for this role.If you are a dedicated RN looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you!Perks of the job:

• Pay of $70/hr. and up
• Direct hire with good benefits starting day 1
• 2nd and 3rd shift available

Responsibilities:

• Triage patient care issues effectively during your shift
• Ensure adequate staffing levels on the unit
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON)
• Address any patient concerns or emergencies that may arise

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital setting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle problem-solving situations effectively
