Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned unit and foster teamwork
• Provide patient-centered care to Veterans
• Assess health status and respond to requests
• Administer treatments and follow care plans
• Collaborate with medical staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in MA
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
